valet service breakfast buffet spacious bathroom sterile atmosphere unwarm welcome not family-friendly
the staff provided valet services which was convenient. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options. the bathroom was spacious for city standards it had good amenities.
i found the lobby had a sterile atmosphere. the welcome did not feel warm upon arrival. the hotel seemed better suited for couples or older guests it wasn't ideal for families with young children.

slow room service missed turndown service
the location was fine, very close to the eiffel tower and some nice cafes.
the room service was slow. i ordered a simple salad, but it took almost an hour to arrive. also, the promised turndown service never happened, disappointing considering the price i paid for my stay.

The breakfast had a lot of options. The hotel location is quiet. The staff was kind. The fitness center, while small, had essentials. I found the outdoor hot tub a good spot for relaxation. I. Room service was fast and attentive. I got what I needed quickly.
The lobby felt a bit sterile on arrival.
